Hong KONG Buffet

This has to be one of the worst buffets Ive ever been to. In all my life Ive never had to spit food into my napkin at a restaurant until this place. The food was over cooked and warm. It either had no taste at all or tasted bad. Im only giving it 1 star because I can't leave 0

As I give reviews they are clearly my experience and opinion. I have recently visited this beautiful setting however very disappointed in food taste and quality. Majority of items cold Chewy only thing fresh was rice. Sushi not cold which can cause serious illnesses as I attempted to eat I became a little sick I assume it was the unattended to Sushi asked for a refund owner denied me I stated thee issues of food not being fresh or hot very disappointed with meal not worth revisiting. ..5StarChef

I never had any problems with this restaurant until myself & my wife was stricken with food posioning after visiting w/ them a 3rd time, I alway's enjoyed going their until I felt the symtoms. I was very weak, dieareha, had the fever ,body aches and nausea, & vomiting I was going to admit myself into emergency but I fought it on my own. About 3 day's later I had explained this to the manager of my sickness and to see if they could reinburst me on my meal charges and they refused to do anything for me and very rude. I had reported this to Rockford health dept. and gave them the whole story. Hoping they would do something about it but I guess they did nothing about it because they are rated still at a 5 star when I know they're not so to all future customers "BEWARE" of this restaurant.



I don't want to see anyone be seriously ill, just wanted to tell everyone my story I will never go back to this restaurant.
