Overall

MYO Going Out Of Business Soon



That will be the headline "IF" they fail to learn "Customer Service & Appreciation 101"



3 days ago (Nov. 18th) I tried calling their store 4 different times (to get a price quote on a supplement) with NO ANSWER, and it went to voice mail, so I gave up thinking maybe it was an anomaly and giving them the benefit of the doubt.



Today (Nov. 21st) I tried calling them again with the same result, no answer, 4 different attempts, and I get the answering machine each time.



Frustrated, I get in the car and make the drive to their store. Upon entering the store I pose the following question:



Why is it you guys can't seem to answer your phone?



Answer: "We do answer our phones!"



My reply: Then explain to me why it is that a few days ago I tried calling 4 different times and I got the answering machine.



Then, just now, before my coming down here I've been trying to call again with the same result???



Answer: "Well, we've been pretty busy"



My reply as I'm looking around the store: Hmmmmm, busy? REALLY??? Yeah, I can see that since I'm the ONLY customer here in the store!!!



Next thing I know, the guy is literally throwing me out of the store ... "Get out of here, I don't need to put up with that kind of attitude etc., etc.,!!!



I guess calling him out on the TRUTH = attitude?



SERIOUSLY!!! TRUE STORY!!! BLEW ME AWAY!!!



So as I'm walking out the door I notify the guy that he'll NEVER be receiving my business EVER again and with attitude like that towards customers it won't be long before you're GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
