I've been renting office space from Kinney Rentals for 6 months and my experience has been positive. Our landlord is right down the hall from us and has been very responsive when we've needed assistance. The building where we rent space is old and has normal wear and tear but between the maintenance team and Kinney Rentals, we get everything taken care of. I can't speak of the experience of renting property to live in but our experience with office space has been good.

I rented from Kinney Rentals for 4 years, they were great to deal with and very quick to fix things as necessary. I only moved because I purchased a home. I would highly recommend Kinney Rentals to anyone. They have my vote!!!!!!

You best review all your laws regarding renting and being a tenant, because, if you don't, these people will pretend they don't either and throw you under the bus.



Having a lot of available property and being a good company are two completely different things, and Kinney proves that.



GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I rented off Kinney realty twice and I was unsatisfied with both places. The price was EXTREMELY high and doesnt include anything in the rent other than maintence. Even then, when I needed light fixtures on the ceiling put back in place, or door knobs falling off doors, or windows jamming, it took them two-three months just to fix one thing. I can understand maybe a week... but TWO OR THREE MONTHS?!! I advise anyone not to rent off them because they are very strict about their policies, yet they dont help their tenants when needed.
