Advanced Property Management

As a home owner in Oceanwoods in Cape Canaveral Florida I was very pleased to have advanced property management come in to fix our homeowners association. We have 304 units and when advance property management came in our files were in despicable order our finances were severely out of whack we did not pass our audit with our accountant and many people were given bills because the previous property manager did not know how to do accounting and properly bill the owners in the homeowners association. I worked as president of the H away board very closely with van who put in hours and hours beyond his contract with us. He straightened out our finances we were able to clear up our audit. they were able to clear up financial discrepancies between homeowners and we were able to get our office files into a manageable state. Due to his accounting services we were able to realize that I feel has not been paid since 2011 and we were able to get that taken care of before we got audited by the IRS. It took us a year to work on this. He also dealt with managing employees in helping give assistance to repair many things in the association that had been let go. I would highly recommend van Moore and advance property management. Every time I called him the matter what time of the day or night he responded to me he gave me excellent advice and he moved Ocean woods to be profitable and to start to look beautiful. Highly recommend very professional very knowledgeable. I will also add that we had a severe drainage problem that the previous property manager was unable to solve. Van worked on this and he was able to resolve the drainage issue and several areas within our property. Also when the hurricane of 2016 hit van was there on his own time with the chainsaw cutting down trees and opening the road so that residence could get in. If he charged us all the extra hours he put in we would've had to pay way way more than we did very professional man to work with !
