I am a woman over 70 years old and have not done a lot of exercise before. I have been working with Bo for over a month and I can feel the difference. Before I started I had a hard time lifting a gallon of milk with one hand, the other day I lifted a 10 pound kettleball with one hand. Bo is very knowledgeable in dealing with the elderly. I would recommend Concierge Fitness to anyone. I really enjoy the privacy of the sessions.

This place is awesome! Bo is really helpful and very nice and professional and equipment is all very clean and new and it feels nice being able to work out and not Have to wait to use equipment and work at my own pace. Would definitely recommend coming here. Can’t wait to go back!!
