        the minute you walk in someone greets you and helps you find exactly what you need and through personal experience when a product is not in stock they order and ship it to you for no extra charge!!!! Love this store! Have all the clothes and boots that i need to show horses

        Poor Customer Service

        Wanted a pair of jeans that other Boot Barns keep in stock in my size. This store said they could special order them in my size (38 waist) but that if I didn't like them, I'd have to pay a restocking fee. It's not like I wear an unusual size. So I told them No and will not be shopping there again.
