Dental Examination
I was very pleased & satisfied with my first visit to Dr. Jonâ€™s office. His staff went out of their way to accommodate my concerns & my schedule. My initial exam was unlike any dental exam Iâ€™ve ever experienced in my life. Digital photography was used in an amazingly informative way to explain the plan of care Dr. Jon recommended for me.

Teeth Cleaning
You can resume your normal eating, drinking, and chewing habits once you go home with your new veneers in place. Porcelain veneers are stain-resistant and durable, so you can drink coffee and red wine without fear of ruining your teeth. You can also eat apples and corn on the cob and chew gum without worrying about damaging your new veneers. As long as you take good care of your teeth by regularly brushing, flossing, and showing up for your bi-annual dental cleanings, your veneers will look, perform, and feel great for years to come.

Space Maintainers
Since primary teeth guide the permanent teeth into place, infants with missing primary teeth or infants who prematurely lose primary teeth may require a space maintainer, a device used to hold the natural space open. Without a maintainer, the teeth can tilt toward the empty space and cause permanent teeth to come in crooked. Missing teeth should always be mentioned to Dr. Jon and his team. The way your child cares for his/her primary teeth also plays a critical role in how he/she treats the permanent teeth.
