        Overall

        Just arrived after menu change. 10:35 ordered a whopper jr. w/cheese and 4 pc nuggets. Once at window set for another 19 mins. Very slow service. Sandwich raw partially frozen meat patty, no mayo or cheese. This is the 3rd time my meat was bloody/raw in the last 2-3 weeks.
