Trying to get pricing information from this company is impossible. The dude on the phone is rude and has poor business etiquette. Asks 100 questions what you’re doing with the truck what’s the name of your company. What does it matter what I’m doing with the truck I have cash in hand to buy I don’t understand it’s like they don’t want to sell you a vehicle. Very shady reading the comments on Google of the owner is telling. I would suggest staying away from the dealer

Had a great experience with Alltrucks USA. I'd recommend them to anyone for a solid HD truck , but what will keep me coming back is the help after the sale, I've called/stopped by 3 times with questions and the staff has gone above and beyond to help out and explain what was going on and make sure what I was hauling was treating the truck and trailer the best possible.

Bought a car that was supposedly the owner’s wife’s personal vehicle a few months ago. My buddy and I asked several questions regarding it (how long have you owned it, repairs, etc.) and were met with a consistent, “I don’t remember.” The only thing he did remember was that they’ve tried selling it for over a year. Obviously, I bought it anyway. So far I’ve had to replace the catalytic converter, fix the oil leak, replace right window motor, reverse flush the coolant system, replace both front wheel bearings, one tie rod end and replace the wiper motor. General stuff like bulbs, plugs, etc. are a given. While detailing the car the other day, I took out all of the stuff left in the glove box that was left and came across two of the previous owners information. I actually got in contact with one and they proceeded to tell me that it had be involved in 2 accidents whereas the hood had been replaced, bumper cover, left fender/headlights, left side door and left rear quarter panel repaired. Also, the ‘dealer’ had it repainted. All that and he doesn’t remember any of it but he didn’t sell it privately but through his dealership.

Also, when I first contacted him about looking at the car he asked me if I was ‘serious’ about it. When we did look at it and wasn’t willing to pay what he was asking, he said that we “wasted our time”. His staff was nice but he was more than egotistical.

If anyone reads this or any of the other negative reviews posted here please take them to heart and seriously consider purchasing from somebody else. People do not get negative feedback like this without a reason and no one needs to be treated like you’re beneath them from someone you’re possibly giving your hard earned cash to.

I was looking at buying a 2011 GMC 3500 HD from this dealership. When I saw an ad online I decided to call the main office where I was greeted by a salesman who acted like my time was unimportant. When I asked him what the price of the truck was, he responded and asked what I thought a fair market price was. I told him $20-24K since the 4 year old truck had 120K miles. Keep in mind that I'm a fleet manager for a company and have extensive knowledge what the price of these trucks are. He never told me what the price was but he alluded to it being above 34K. Kelly Blue Book listed the truck in excellent condition for $16,927. Which is double what his asking price is. After explaining to him what the KBB price was and several listings of 2015 GMC 3500 HD's listed for $40K. There were also two listings of identical trucks with similar miles listed at $19,500 by a another dealership, which is a fair market value. He said I was out of my mind and hung up the phone on me. I have never had an experience with a salesman this unprofessional!

We purchased a truck from them.. We were told it was serviced the day before. It wasn't.. We were driving it home from IL to FL and it broke down an hour away. We called and they said.. to bad for you. We paid $800 for a service and continued driving. About 4 more hours, and the truck broke down again. This time costing $8000.. They won't do anything for us and won't even answer their phone. Don't buy anything from them. They are terrible!!!
