        Don't waste your time

        I will never offer this U-Haul my business again. I called and made a reservation a week in advance. When I arrived on Saturday morning, no one was there and the phone numbers available were not being answered. When I finally contacted someone, it was not the owner, the truck I reserved was not present AND the replacement truck (which was smaller) had no keys. My entire moving day was ruined.
