        We've lived here for 3 years. King Farm is a nice neighborhood close to major attractions. But there are many cons renting from Huntington. The apartments are not comfortable enough, the walls and floors are so thin that you can literally hear your neighbors and their pets walking and doing their stuff. The maintenance staff is not qualified. They come and pretend that the work is done but the problem remains.

        If you decide to live here, be ready for lease increase every year! The most upsetting and disgraceful is that they offer better prices for new residents than to existing ones! They don't respect and value loyal residents!
