        Overall

        Professional, caring, and very efficient. Every step of the way, the staff at Pet Memories treated me and my pet with respect and dignity. They offered their condolences and referred to my pet as "your loved one" which is was so touching. I was able to pick up my pet's remains the next day. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of their services.
