Went to Oaks for therapeutic deep tissue massage to break up scar tissue on my back. Was treated like royalty. I was impressed with Sarah's knowledge & courtesy. It was obvious to me that Sarah knows her business. I was given an expert massage & was treated with the utmost courtesy by everyone on staff. Would highly recommend.

The owner have the worst customer service skills. He has a issue with african american. He lump all african american in one catagory. He kept saying yall people. I paid for my services with no problem. As I was waiting for the rest of my party to get finish. He told me to leave the building. I was just sitting waiting not causing no problems.
