Parenti-Morris Eyecare

I've been a patient of Parenti-Morris Eyecare for 5+ years. Dr. Morris is my optometrist. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new practitioner. I find him to be very personable and quite passionate about his work. I would guess he's been practicing for around 10 to 15 years. (He joined Dr. Parenti in 2000). He takes the time to patiently explain what he is doing during your examination, and won't hesitate to fully answer your questions. (And I usually ask a LOT of questions). He is very thorough.



The clinic is clean, well-organized and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They use the typical refracting, measuring and testing machines, but augment these with a really cool software system. Dr. Morris can show you a full-color diagram of any part of the eye and point out what he looks for during an exam. If your prescription is changing, he'll tell you why, and show you how it is changing on the computer screen. He can also use the software to illustrate how certain eye diseases impact the overall health of the eye.



They have a great selection of frames - anything from the latest fad to the simplest of simple. I've purchased many pairs over the past years, and even bought prescription sunglasses one year. (Tip: they have regularly scheduled frame sales where you can come in and just browse if you're shopping for a new or a back-up pair. You can usually get a great deal at these open events).



The clinic recently moved to a new location in southwest Rogers from the old location on 8th Street in Rogers. The new office is easy to get to from I-540. They do accept insurance, and it has been my experience in the past that they will work with you on payment plans if needed.
