Floyd Urgent Care

After finally getting in to see the doctor we felt rushed after 12 hours and dr holcombe telling us we could send my daughter to school we ended up in the emergency room she had pneumonia she now is on a breathing treatment and powerful cough expectorant. I am very disappointed with the treatment we received....That all being said I was also disappointed in their practices in co-payment...our insurance requires a copay of $3 and I forgot my card thankfully I found one I could use otherwise after waiting two hours to be seen we would have been sent away because payment is due prior to service. thats right $3 ashamed is a word I use loosely here. Over all I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy the best thing about this place is it is clean and easily accessed
