Sparks Muffler Shop

DO NOT use this shop!!!! I had a new muffler and duel pipes installed on my Toyota Tundra by Sparks and the brackets they used to spport them looked like two pieces of scrap metal and both pieces broke off only months after being installed. When I contacted the shop about repairing them.....they just hung up on me in mid sentence. The line stayed busy for about 15 minutes (off the hook???) before I was able to get someone again. This person was very short with me and when I asked if they stood behind their work, he simply said "nope.....bring it by and I'll tell ya what it'll cost ya" and abruptly hung up again. I can understand that they may not be able to guarantee the brackets would last for months, but what I can't accept is the attitude and the lack of respect given to a former customer. Get me once, shame on you; get me twice............NOT A CHANCE!!
