        We were talked into buying an expensive Bosch tankless boiler after Hurricane Sandy when we were broke and desperate. The boiler apparently was put in with a crack in it. We discovered we had a small leak 5 years later inside the boiler which had caused some rot over the years. We've been calling certified htg & plg to come take a look since April 2017 and they've been blowing us off. Other plumbers have seen it and said only our installer would be able to honor the warranty from us, no one wants to touch it to repair it. Our warranty has now of course expired. And almost a year later, we still cannot get these guys out to even come look.
