Have used this auto repair not long after I bought my used 2000 ford mustang as they are Ford Certified auto repair, John the own of the repair is reliable and professional and prompt and service is affordable he is also willing to work with you, I have even taken my own parts in to him and he gladly installed them, I trust John and his employees to repair my car and will continue to use this business, actually he is a miracle worker as well, I took my car in for a smog related part which uses the cars computer module that was giving me trouble he kept the car half the day and when we picked it up there was no more trouble with that part even to this day still no trouble, even though other shops told us that the engine would have to be dropped and a new part would have to be installed which would of cost thousands of dollars to do but John, I don't know how he did it without any new parts being installed but he did and this is where I base my ratings of him and his employees, they know what they are doing at this auto repair

My front brakes were screeching, and the rear brakes were grinding. I took my Caravan in and expected to buy both front and rear brakes because I was sure both were shot. I even told the technician that I wanted both front and rear replaced. To my surprise, I received a call from the tech informing me that only the front needing replacing, and the grinding sounds from the rear brakes was a result of driving throw sandy rain run-off --which I have to do in order to reach home on those stormy days. The tech hosed the back brakes off and I was good to go! They could have taken advantage, but they were honest. I will use them always!
