I seldom write any feedback, but this agency is worth while. Kevin Quach helped me save significant amount of money with a bundle of home and auto insurance altogether. I've dealt with many insurance agencies, but this particular Farmers agency is definitely one to commend. My agent, Tony, was extremely welcoming and helpful when I expressed my need for new auto insurance. He patiently explained my options, waited for my feedback, and listened to all of my concerns attentively. Tony made me feel comfortable in asking questions and answered them in terms that I understood (as opposed to speaking insurance jargon). Tony was able to reduce my policy, save me money, and offer me more coverage than my previous insurer. When I requested an e-mail to review my policy before finalizing everything, Tony promptly sent my e-mail and made me feel like my business was a priority. My experience with Farmers has been wonderful so far - can't ask for more than saving money & great customer service. Cheers to Tony!
