Founded in 1938, Lunda Construction Company has maintained its headquarters in Black River Falls, Wisconsin and has continued to pursue and build transportation projects. In those early years, small crews built small box culverts and bridges with 3/4 yard Quickway Trucks, P & H Cranes, and small Oshkosh trucks. Lunda saw its largest growth starting in 1956 with the Interstate Highway Program. In 1954, Milt Lunda joined the company started by his uncle and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors until April 1, 2004. Although the equipment and the projects have grown in size, Lunda's goal remains to strive toward, smaller efficient crews on its projects. The Industrial Division was established in 1982 and is operated out of Little Chute, Wisconsin. Both the Heavy Highway Bridge and Industrial Divisions service the state of Wisconsin and surrounding states. As a family-owned and operated business, Lunda Construction Company has been under the leadership of the Lunda family, since 1968. Larry Lunda, President and CEO, has continued the tradition of dependable and consistent contracting services.
Lunda Construction Company is led by a team of talented and dedicated construction professionals with decades of experience in delivering exceptional construction services, and award-winning projects.
