Purchased tires here with lifetime alignment. Has really helped me keep up on maintenance. Once when they didn't finish in the promised time (because I was waiting and was clear about exactly how much time I had) they gave me a free oil change card for the next time.

We take both our cars here for routine service. They have also performed larger jobs, such as replacing the alternator in our Nissan and a few coils in our Ford. The cost was reasonable, particularly since the dealerships in each instance were asking for much more. So excited they opened this location. They're not just for tires! Everyone is very nice and they call you during your service to let you know how they are progressing. When I had an issue they felt the dealership was better equipt to handle, they were honest and told me exactly why. Give them a call!

In November 2010, I took my Honda to this shop to have the front brakes replaced. I observed the technician grinding on my new brake pads. When I asked the Service Manager why the tech was grinding on my new brake pads, he stated they had the wrong pads and did not want me to have to wait for the new correct ones to arrive. He was going to send me on my way with the wrong brake pads on my car. He told me the car was fine and wanted me to pay. I was furious and told them to put my old pads back on and I would take it to someone who used the correct parts. I filed a report with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and they found my claim against Firestone to be true. A report is on file for your review.
