Rapid Restoration was excellent to work with on a water damage issue I had discovered. They worked with me on cleaning an affected surface as well as air quality testing so we could have exact information for the best health of the home. They were able to get started the same day and were professional and wonderful to work with from the first phone call through the completion of the job. Chad is very knowledgeable and his crew was great. It turned out that we did not need to take additional steps for remediation because the diagnostics came back without concerns. I appreciated that this team had the skill and abilities to provide information and work up possible plans from "best case to worst case scenario" then take the most fitting action. We found a perfect result for the home at much lower cost than could have been the case without such an honest exam. I had two other companies out to look and Rapid stood out in terms of timing, communication, assessment, and an efficient plan. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

Rapid Restoration was quick to help me with my oven cleanup after a fire. After an emergency you want someone to be kind and understanding and their staff were all completely professional. With two working parents and a toddler in the household, this could have easily been a very overwhelming job, but they were kind, courteous, quick, and communicative, making us feel very relieved. Rapid Restoration quickly came out and took care of the damage we had from an ice dam recently. They used state of the art drying equipment to dry out our walls and hard wood floors from water damage. About a year ago a water pipe behind our stove broke in the wall as a result of an improper installation of a “pot-filler” faucet. A LOT of water ran through the completely open valve behind the kitchen wall and down into a wall in a finished basement saturating quite a bit of the sheetrock. Our plumber recommended Rapid Restoration to come in and dry the interior walls before we ran into a mold problem. Rapid Restoration got to our house in a timely fashion, evaluated the situation and gave us our remediation options with a very reasonable price quote. They came in with their specialty equipment and got the first floor and basement walls dried out in approximately two days. Great job! It has been a year and we have not had any mold issue.

Rapid Restoration helped me out after my laundry room flooded last December. They were very courteous, timely, and helpful throughout the entire process. When my basement flooded on a Friday night I was fortunate to find Rapid Restoration. Chad was out within an hour, draining over an inch of water from my basement (due to tree roots in my pipes!). They dried out the entire basement...leaving hi powered fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days. They also had great contractors to replace the flooring and trim. Would recommend Rapid Restoration to anyone!
