SERVPRO of Great Neck/Port Washington

I had an excellent experience as a commercial client of SERVPRO of Great Neck/Port Washington, after an emergency I experienced. After placing many calls for help all day to various other companies (none of whom ever answered my calls or returned my messages), I was less than optimistic that I would find any help on that very same day since it was already the afternoon by this time. I was wrong! SERVPRO of Great Neck/Port Washington arrived within 2 hours to my Sayville commercial building, and got to work - they were great, even when we were delayed by a large truck someone left blocking access to my service door for hours. It was well after 5pm before it moved and we could begin. The crew worked late into the evening, packing and moving all the contents of a retail store offsite, so the entire interior could be cleaned and restored to original condition. They were total professionals, despite the terrible heat. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. The owner Dan and his crew were all fantastic - so now I keep their number 516-767-9600 on my speedial now.
