I did not have the best experience here. In a nutshell I believe they are extremely overpriced and not trustworthy. Read on if you’d like more details. My husband and I are really into health and have done a fair amount of research over the years. We tried several things and I have not been satisfied with the results. This is why I sought out a holistic doctor to get to the root cause of the issue. The initial consultation was over $300 for my husband and I. The consultation was extremely disappointing as Alane Palmer only recommended common sense information that can be easily assessed over the internet. (Check out Dr. Mercola). One of the things that was recommended actually made my condition worse. The blood work recommended was close to $300. After getting that completed, my husband and I began contemplating continuing with Alane. I sent several emails voicing my concerns and trying to make sure we were all on the same page. But only received one word/sentence answers in return. I also sent several emails requesting my blood work and they were blatantly ignored. She would address other things in the email and ignore my request for a copy of my results. I went there over a month ago and have yet to receive the blood work. After contacting her via FB she basically said I have to schedule another appointment (an additional $250) in order to get the results. Based on the websites reviews I believed I was dealing with someone trustworthy but I basically paid an arm and a leg for nothing.

Dr.Alane is very thorough in her analysis and subsequent treatment plan. Her knowledge and professionalism spoke volumes to me. While I think the natural route is preferable whenever possible, I appreciate that she has a medical doctor as part of her team. To make things much better, her medical doctor on staff has also been helpful and kind. I have a Masters of Medical Science in Nutrition from Emory University and I value my education greatly. I will say that insights I received from Dr. Alane regarding my own medical challenges have been very helpful. I highly recommend her!

I was told by a general practitioner years ago that I have hypothyroid and Hashimoto's. They prescribed me a pill to take everyday for the rest of my life and didn't really explain much else. Until I went to Alane a few months ago, I didn't even know Hashimoto's was an autoimmune disease! Alane has been so educational and has taught me lifestyle changes to help treat my symptoms. Her and her staff are amazing, very responsive, and have been so helpful to me.

Did not notice any difference. I sent her an email and she totally ignored it. Seems they don't care about you once they get money from you.

I was misdiagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was actually Lyme disease. Alane was great in catching it soon enough for me to start to recover! 6 months later she has me on a protocol that works very well for me. She has guided me through each painful herxheimer reaction to be successful on the other side! I continue weekly treatment and continually improve. Without Alane's expertise I would suffer from this the rest of my life. I have someone in my corner to help me beat Lyme disease!

Went to her for Lyme Treatment. She claimed to be able to treat it holistically. When I started having the herx reaction from the die off from the Lyme bacteria my husband contacted her via e-mail and she claims there is no such thing. Going to her was an absolute waste of money.
