Food is usually pretty good, but sometimes a little overcooked. Salads are always crisp and fresh (+). Rolls are usually dry and hard (-). Place is kept clean (except the bathrooms). Most of the waitresses are nice and polite, but a couple are a little arrogant and seem to rush you. Have WiFi internet (+). For a reasonably priced meal, served, they're a good bet. Just order meats "less cooked" and watch which waitress you get.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times over the years and this is the first time that I have been disappointed with it. I had ordered the broasted chicken which I have on several other occasions. It was still raw and the manager said it was cooked. He said that it was "pressure cooked" for 35 minutes. My daughter agreed with me on it being raw. So he took it back and said that he'd cook it for another 5 minutes. A bit after 5 minutes, he brings it back and two of the pieces were burned to a crisp. He asked that if I wanted something else but I said no. I had errands to run. So he said that he would take the cost of the meal off my bill. I thought that this was fair. But when I got the bill, he charged me for the soup and mashed potatoes. I thought that this was clearly unfair. I was looking forward to a nice dinner and thought once he cooked the chicken I would have an enjoyable meal, so I kept eating the soup and such because I was hungry. He should have just taken the total cost of the meal off my bill. He charged me over $2.00 for a scoop of mashed potato. Thus said, we will never go there again.
