poor service, this lady name carolyn is the worst, she has a horrible attitude and was extremely rude specially to Chinese.

the rate they offered is same as on-line and they charge $75 svc fee, what a rip off.

it says office hours 9:30am - 5:30pm at the door but when i got there at 5pm she refused to help me because is close to closing time, she told me because her boss does not pay her overtime. i wonder does it take 1/2 hour to pay my insurance ??
