Each set includes: 2 sets of meat choices (Beef Chuck Eye Roll, Beef Short Plate, Kurobuta Pork Shoulder), 2 sets of rice or noodles (Ramen or udon), sauces, condiments and an assortment of vegetables (Napa cabbage, cabbage, kale, onion, king oyster mushroom, enoki mushroom, wood ear mushroom, zucchini, carrot, gobo, tofu, frozen tofu.
