Their agent(listing),-Danny Alvarado, contributed to cheating scheme laid out by my agent(buyer's). He said yes to everything my agent told me, and then my agent kept putting him forward for getting remaining work done. He did not step up to clear he is not responsible, he kept listening for 2 months and showing up to do it part by part and after 2 months he said he was listing agent and is not responsible.
He basically stole my opportunity to get work done through my agent and then did not even did the work by himself.
I am still wondering why he took 2 months to realize that he was not responsible. He just made matter worse for me.
If he needs a court order to finish the job, he will get it.
I reached Richard P. to get help in this matter, he said he will get to the bottom of it.
Guess what, Nothing changed.
I am done following up, I would rather spend that time in arranging my case hearing.
