Massage Envy - Rowlett Crossing

Do not sign a contract with them. They tell you you can use at any Massage Envy, but that's a BIG lie. We recently moved and tried to use somewhere else and was told it was only good at store purchaced. Not what we were told when contract was signed.

Last night was my first time ever going to a Massage Envy and was less then satisfied. They have you fill out a form of what you want so that way they know what to target while giving you a massage. First, the massage is not an hour it is a 50 minute massage which is false advertisement. Secondly, while filling out the form I put that I did not want talking during my massage and what happened for the first 20 minutes the girl kept asking me questions about Taekwondo. Thirdly, I asked for a full body massage and my feet, hands, face and head were not touched at all. I walked out of there needing another massage. Very disappointed and not satisfied with the service at all. I would choose somewhere else to get a massage.

Scam alert! This place is so over-priced! $60 for one mediocre massage! On top of that: they try to upcharge everything! Want oil? $ extra. Want hot towels: $ extra. They want you leave having dropped an easy $200 for one massage. Hint: you can get a better quality massage at a chiropractor that may be covered on your insurance. Also, they sweet talk you into signing up for ridiculously expensive memberships! So if you move or can't afford them they will charge you anyway! No human compassion at all!

My daughters both went to this company for a massage and both were pressured into signing a contract for a year. They were both told they could cancel at any point and time. I told my youngest daughter and her boyfriend that they really could not afford this and should cancel it because they were moving into a new apartment and they were not going to realize how much they would have in bills. They called to cancel the same day. However they contacted my daughter today to tell her she owed them for 2 mos. She told them that they canceled this membership. She was told on no you cannot cancel you can only put it on freeze. My daughter obvisously had some choice words for them and nothing was resolved. I act as an advocate for my daughter because she needs someone to do so. I contacted them and the assistant manager became very rude when I told her whom I was calling about. I tried to reason with her about people being locked into a contract like this when they cannot afford it and that they did cancel it the same day. She decided to hand me over to someone else. I spoke with the person and explained the situation she was not very nice either. She told me that my daughter was not allowed to come back there. I told her fine. Just quit trying to charge her for something that they number one cancelled and number 2 haven't used. They eventually agreed. But this is a problem through out this company and lawsuits have been filed. So beware. I gave it one star because I would like not to have given it any.

Ask for Kim! She works days and is awesome!! I have been going here for 2 years, and I have never had a problem with the exception of one therapist which was just a personal preference.

The service awful......the staff was more focused on watching the clock and even checked their cellphone during the service. The contact person never returned phone calls. And on top of that they gave me wrong information on my billing which created all these problems. Would certainly not recommend ever using this location.
