Bad Customer Service

I had a problem with the repair service I had gotten and when I spoke with the owner he got upset and told me not to do business with them anymore. I purchased a used washer in Nov. 2008 which came with a 6 month warranty. In Feb. or March of 2009 the tramsmission went out and a lot of oil leaked everywhere under my washer. I contacted the owner and my washer was fixed within two days because of the warranty. I was very satisfied with the service when I initially purchased the washer and also when it had to be repaired. Now come Sept. 2009 (7 months later) I have oil leaking under my washer again, and the transmission is out again. I called and spoke with the owner again and I was asking questions regarding their service as if I were an inquiring customer. I wanted to know what their policy or service was up front before letting them know what my problem was. As soon as I had explained my problem and asked if it was fixed just so that it would work well enough past the warranty period the owner got upset with me and advised me that I do not need to do business there anymore. After I had tried to explain to him that I am frustrated because the same problem has occured he said that it is uncommon for a new or rebuilt transmission to go out within 6 months but explained that he would have helped me if I had not "accused" him of fraudulent behaivor. What a convenient excuse. I feel like he was using my frustration as a cop out to not have to come and fix my washer and/or to charge me to get it fixed because as of April 2009 my washer is no longer under warranty. I will not use this store again and I will let all of my friends and family know not to use them either and why.

Overall

I haven't had bought anything and had it long enough to test the warranty, but I did purchase a range and when it came it had the wrong cable. The owner said it would be no problem to switch it out and we did. I plan on doing more business with him.
