I put this review on yelp as well...but I wanted to share it here too.



When I had my cable installed by my cable company they hooked up my wall mounted 50 inch flat screen and ran the wires up to the TV that just hung there. I asked the installer if he could hide the wires so that it would not look so bad. He told me it would cost extra. The cable installer also ran all my cable wires to my rooms on the outside of my home. I have a brick home so I was not happy about that. But I wanted them ran inside so it didn't make the outside of my house look like an eye sore. The installer said that he couldn't do it. That it is only a basic install. If I wanted him to run cables through the walls it would be an additional charge. He also told me that it would not guarantee that he could complete the job of running the cables through the walls if there was a problem. So the installer walked me through the home and explained what seemed like I nightmare installation job and that it would not be worth the effort, time, or cost. In the end I would be stuck with the bill and possibly still the same problem if the cables couldn't be ran to all the rooms through the walls.



Then I was mentioning my issue I was having with he cable company to my friend. He mentioned that I should look for a separate company that runs audio and video cables. All I can say is I was so happy I listened to my friend. I did my research finding a company that was local and could come soon to give me an estimate on running the cables. Chris the owner came to my home and right away he understood what I was going through and explained that he has had many customers he has helped with the same problem as I did. He walked me through the whole process of what he was going to do....and that it was not a big problem. Complete different story from what my cable company installer said. Chris went a complete different route then the cable installer said and had my cables ran the way I wanted in no time. He came out a few days later and it was done. My cable to my TV was easily hidden behind the wall. Problem solved.



A few months later I decided I wanted surround sound home theater system for my living room . I called Chris right away because I wanted my wires hidden and not exposed. This was not a problem for Chris. He came out and had it done in an afternoon.



In the end I was glad I hired Castle AVI. Cable companies in my opinion take the easy route. If you want things done right and he way you want call Castle AVI. You won't be disappointed.

I chose Castle AVI because the gentleman that came to our home was very personable and professional. He went out of his way to address my dogs and my children whom bombarded him at the door! This wasn't expected but it showed a bit of his character and made me feel comfortable with welcoming him into our home. He even let my curious 4 year old be his "helper" which made his day & gave him stories to tell us for the rest of the evening! He was honest with me about the work that needed to be done, and he actually turned down a few upgrades I had asked him to install because there was another method of incorporating what I needed without the cost of a full upgrade. I really liked the fact that he was truthful in telling me I didn't need these upgrades & didn't just go along with me in order to get the extra money. We had him install nanny cams throughout our home as well as setting up an entertainment room in the basement. Everything was impeccable! There wasn't a single wire that was visible and the picture and sound quality far exceeded our expectations! The products he used were of the utmost quality so we won't have to worry about system failure or breakdown over time. He even programmed our remote to run all of our electronics properly! I have never been able to do this correctly and to finally get rid of our "remote basket" was a blessing!!! He cleaned up after himself & had you not been aware, you would have never even known a contractor was there doing work! I was very pleased with the work that was done and the technician that came to our home. I would most definitely recommend Castle AVI to anybody who is on the lookout for a good company!

Castle AVI installed our smart tv and home theater equipment we purchased on our own. He did not try to get us to buy everything from him like all the other install guys did and he wasn't an electrician or handy man posing as an AV installer. Chris was certified by several AV company's. He did the cleanest most professional job of any contractor we ever used and our system is programmed so it turns on and off with one button! We recommend Castle AVI for any home electronics work and we will never use anyone else. Professional and reasonable.

Not only did Chris walk us through the work we would need done he also made a few suggestions that would actually Save us money, unexpected and greatly appreciated-The work was completed in the time he promised, the area was left clean, and our system is all we had hoped it would be- We appreciate the time and effort that went into making this so and would highly recommend Castle AVI for any work you are considering-

Castle AVI installed our home theater and smart tv set up and did a very professional, neat, and easy to use job of it. Chris explained our remote control to us and put all 4 into 1 remote. Our system is simple to use and looks completely wireless as everything is hidden in the walls. Perfect job and well worth every penny we paid for our install. We will use Castle AVI for all of this type of work we need from now on.
