Naked Furniture

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a custom made table and chairs on 7/28, they said it would take 10-12 weeks, it is now 11/13, almost 16 weeks later and I still don't have my furniture. I just found out yesterday that the table hasn't even been started and they won't give me a date when it will be done. They are refusing to refund my $1350 deposit, refusing to give me the owners name and have been lying to me for the past month about the status of my order. Good luck trying to get these people to return a phone call and if you do hear back from them you can not get a straight answer out of them. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

After purchasing my 2nd piece of furniture from Naked Furniture I won't go back. The first time I had someone else finish the piece and had no issues, this time I paid the extra money to have their "professional" "skilled" workers finish the piece for us and it came out terrible. The stain did not match the sample and the quality was poor - there were huge light patches where too much stain was removed, gouges in the wood, and very apparent nail holes where the filler wasn't properly sanded off. After complaining and asking for it to be remedied we got no return phone call and had to follow up with them - when we brought the piece to the store the owner was short and dismissive and passed us along to another employee to deal with. If their finisher had done a quality job I would be satisfied but with the result I got, I could have purchased a better looking piece from Walmart which is an absolute tragedy.
