Tim Lennon Investigations

I hired Tim to do a job and gave him a $300.00 deposit he said he couldn't start the job for a few days then i would give him the rest.I called the next day and cancelled him. When i asked for my money back he said he would send it. When i texted him asking where my money was he said he would only give me back $200.00 because he said he had already started the investigation. When i asked for the information he said he gathered he didn't give me anything. I had to ask him for over a Month for my "$200.00" that he said he would return. I finally got my $200.00 but still no information that he said he obtained. When i told him i expected my money to be returned or the information he said he obtained he told me "not to contact him again or he would press charges against me" really against me He did absolutely nothing for me and expected to keep my money. I would not hire this guy for anything!!
