I was having a real problem with my neck. A lot of pain, couldn't move it, turn it, hard to sleep and numbness in my hand. I had been to Chiropractors before but this time I was having a hard time finding one that could adjust my neck worth a darn. The first adjustment with Dr. Upchurch was great! Finally I found someone who could adjust me with just enough force to get it to move without causing pain!! Great hands!!

I've been going to Renaissance Chiropractic Life Center since June 2013 and feel so much better than I have for the past two in half years. I highly recommend you check Dr. Upchurch out!!! :D

I came in not knowing if Dr Upchurch would be able to assist me or not with my back pain. But, now I am certain he has been able to assist me. I have several injuries due to my military deployments and have been in a lot of discomfort. However, over the months I have been going to the office for adjustments I can truly say I feel better and I am able to move around a great deal better. Chiropractic has enable me to live a much better life without the need for surgery. Dr Upchuch and Staff have given me a truly natural approach to better health.

I was told to go see Dr. Upchurch by my neighbor who had gotten a lot of help. I am glad I did. I have been to other chiropractors with some good results. Dr. Upchurch really helped me and really explained things a lot more than I have had in the past. It seems like he has more knowledge and experience than some of the other places I have been. I am feeling sooo much better and I feel like my back is stronger! I highly recommend Dr. Upchurch for anyone with any back problems!

He's able to explain things to me in normal language instead of "Dr Talk". He takes the time to listen and make sure that I understand, along with his staff. I have been coming to Renaissance Chiropractic for years. Before coming regularly, i had lower back problems which greatly affected my every day lifestyle and made me unwilling if not unable to do many things i used to do. Now i feel great and can do anything that i want without pain and i rarely ever get sick. Chiropractic definitely helped my life, and Dr. Upchurch is a great guy who cares about his patients and knows how to identify a problem as well as explain it and fix it thoroughly. I definitely give Dr. Upchurch and his nice staff 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone!

Great service, very knowledgeable. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and he is definitely one of, if not the best I have seen. He knows when to be easy and when he can do more. He moved my low back which is very difficult to do and seems like he really knows what he is doing. I have recommended him and his office to quite a few of my friends. Some have gone and also liked the care they received!
