GREAT SELECTION VERY NICE SALES PEOPLE. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. GREAT ALL A ROUND EXPERIENCE. I'LL REFER ALL MY FRIENDS.

As someone who knows absolutely nothing about tile or ceramic, I found Jay to be quite uninformative & rude. He scoffed at me when I asked basic questions about tiling and kept deferring to his laborer w/o offering to put me in touch with him/ her. How do you run a tiling business and not know how to provide basic customer service to the layperson? Will not be calling this guy to do the job.

Great selection of tiles but not very friendly and does not stand by the products they sell. Will no longer shop here. :(

Don't let the size of this store fool you!! It is overwhelming with wall after wall and room to room of tiles of every taste and budget. Most importaningly, the owner is EXTREMELY knowledgeable of not just his merchandise but tile in general. One trip there and you will be glad you didn't go to your local home remodeling store or one of those overpriced tile stores. At Just Ceramic Tile, you can get the same quality as the over priced chains while keeping a BIT of extra change in your wallet.
