Rutland City Police Department

Quite rude today. A female cop on the 4-12 shift drove at about 40 miles per hour on a 25 mph street and nearly hit my group of 4 friends walking. Too bad she didn't stop because we were lost and looking for directions. She actually came back that way after a few minutes and a friend tried to flag her down by walking and waving both arms but she actually looked away and kept driving. Behavior like that gives good cops a bad name.
