These folks seem to be able to answer any question I bring to them. I have twice brought in equipment thinking I had a problem. They demonstrate the proper techniques to keep my mower and trimmer running. They also do maintenance care to keep my equipment in tip-top running condition. Turn-around time is usually fast.

I took my lawnmower to Bliss on 4/19/12 and was given a forecasted date ready of 05/02/12. The problem began with a little red button that was weathered and needed to be replaced. HA, I can fix this! So I bought the part and was told to dig it out, get all the plastic out. Hmmm, ok. I discovered to my horror, that I was digging out the plastic from the carbirator, !@#$ .... ok so now I need to replace that. I buy the part and try to fix it. NOPE... I screwed that up too. So I take the mower to Bliss, with the part I paid $20 for and no one calls me ... It got set aside and forgotten. When it came time to check on it, I looked at my receipt and found that it did not have the business name, address or even the phone number on it. When I finally got around to calling 5/30/12 at 9:45am, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes while they looked for the mower then was told a mechanic would call me back. The mechanic promptly called and I think he said "crank" shaft (I know he said shaft) was bent and that they don't work on mowers with a bent crank shaft. WTF? It took 42 days for them to tell me they can't fix it? I am less than satisfied and we be picking up my dead mower today.
This did happen. I am sorry. In spring of 2012 we were totally overwhelmed in our service department. With most of the repair centers closing down we took in way more work than we could handle. I have listed the things we have changed to help solve these problems. 1. We opened a new 15,000.00 sq ft service center. 2. We hired a fourth mechanic. 3. We instituted a new priority system. We will try and make sure 2013 will be a much better year.
