Five Star Towing

After a long drive from Redding California in the worst traffic I’ve ever experienced and given the wrong information from Sacramento PD I was beyond frustrated! I called 5 Star towing and explained to Tabitha (sweet gal who runs the business) my urgency in trying to get there before closing, she could tell by my voice the frustration I was under. She said take a deep breath, don’t worry I’ll wait for you! The best and most understanding customer service! Tabitha and her driver where hands down the most helpful people we encountered that entire day! Thank you!

After waiting 24 hours for Blur Streak Towing, 5 Star Towing out of Elk Grove, CA responded in less than five minuted. even when there was a glitch with our Good Sam temporarily canceling that, our driver, Heath, who had already hooked us up, called several garages for us and waited while I got Good Sam to reinstate the work order. He drove carefully, even taking care to avoid tree limbs on a narrow street. We could not have been more pleased with Heath and 5 Star Towing!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. FIND ANOTHER TOW COMPANY THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. EVEN A ONE STAR RATING IS WAY TOO GOOD FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE.
