Brian was very friendly and informative. He explained a lot to me regarding my car and the maintenance/upkeep it needs since I do have a older car.

I've never had such an easy experience taking my car into the shop! The initial diagnostic was free, and when I told them I wanted to wait to get a repair, I was not pressured into getting it from them. After I shopped around, I wound up going back to Made in Japan because the price was right, and the customer service was beyond excellent. There was no runaround, and I didn't feel like I was being cheated out of my money like I have at other places. My only complaint is a lack of magazines or tv. I'll always take my car here for major repairs.

I am always so impressed with Gary and Crew! They fixed my car, and did it on time with a smile. It means a lot to me that I can trust them to get the job done right.

Everything was fine - Gary apparently on the Prius there is a button on the steering column that you can press so that you can require that the key fob MUST be inserted into the dash board to start the car. We had to call Toyota to find this as we could not find it in the owners manual and we'd never been required to use the key fob to start the car prior to my visit this week. It's no big deal, but just an fyi for you.

I brought my car into Made in Japan because my brake light was going on intermittently. I expected to need to replace my brakes. They discovered that the problem was simpler than that and did just the work I needed. In the process, they discovered other issues with my car. I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision about what work to have done.

"I dropped in to ask if they would have time to change the oil in my car. They checked my record to see what service needed to be done, and said they were busy but would add me for today. I called and they were finishing up earlier than my requested pickup time.

I appreciate the service and courtesy."
