Even though I hate admitting it, I needed a computer repair company. Sadly my laptop, was running very slow and nothing I did fixed it. A friend of mine recommended Nerds On Call in Sacramento. Even though it took a couple days to get my laptop back, it now runs like a champ. Nerds On Call called with a free estimate, they explained what I needed done (a tune-up of sorts) and when I picked it up they showed me how to use the new tools they installed to keep it clean. They charge more than the other guys, but well worth it! You truly get what you pay for.

Wow! Quality work and stellar customer service! Zed did a wonderful job. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and honest. He actually took the time to explain and make me understand what he was doing. He also suggested choices to improve my computers performance. I can’t thank him enough!

This company is amazing! The technician Brian was polite, professional, amiable, thorough, and right to the point. He did a fantastic job with the repair only to leave and I experience a different issue. He turned around and came right back out! He is unbelievable and obviously a dynamic part of the company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nerds on Call again.
