When we bought our washer & drier from Penney's, we were assured the delivery team could switch the door swing over to the left on the drier. It's necessary because we have tight laundry quarters in which to work.
However, the men who came to do the delivery seemed like they were in a big hurry, no doubt with quotas to meet. They said they don't switch door swings. Huh? The instructions recommend that only a professional do this.

If I could give zero stars, it wouldn't recognize the level of service this company, their delivery people and their Hayward supervisor "Bruce" provided today. First, my window was 9 am - noon. Received an automated call at 9:57 am saying the truck was 30 minutes out. no word from the delivery guys until 11:23 am... maybe they meant an hour and a half? Delivery guys get here, disassemble my old dishwasher and say there is an issue -- the old DW won't come out because the floor is in the way. I say, well, it looks like the legs on the DW screw up to make it possible? I'm no appliance expert, but visually, it looks pretty easy. They bumble around for a few minutes and throw their hands up, hand me a form and say they can't do it. They leave, so I mess with it. 2 minutes later, the DW is sitting in the middle of my Kitchen floor. Pretty basic stuff you'd think a professional could figure out. I call back and run out to catch they guys, but they hightailed it. No answer, no response to my text saying to come back. Call the agency that manages the delivery and they can't get them to comeback. Call Home Depot, they can't get them to call back. Call the company directly after getting the information, and "Bruce" says his guys said I was "abusive" to the team, so won't come back. WOW. I've seen and heard many excuses, but these guys take it to a new level. After many calls, I have zero resolution. I went out of my way to clear my day to be here until they could come back. No customer service, very little desire to make things right. Amazing that this company is even in business. Looking at the other reviews, it seems to be a very common situation. Hopefully HD can see this pattern and change their contractors. Simply amazing example of unprofessional, do nothing to satisfy the customer company

We purchased a Washer & Dryer from a Home Depot right after Thanksgiving. Premier Product Management was their choice for delivery and Installation. After a couple of months our dryer stop working. We called Warranty to get the dryer fixed and we found out the problem was the poor and incorrect installation for the vent system. Had we not have caught the problem right away it would have caused a very bad fire. When we called Premier to report it and get if fixed it took them a couple of days to even send someone to fix the problem. Upon arrival of the installer, we asked him to remove his shoes since we just got our floor cleaned and carpet washed. He refused and said he will be right back to call the dispatcher to find out what to do. Instead, he started the truck engine and left. When we called customer service they said that we refused to let him in which is untrue. We called the customer service back and she said for security reason he cannot remove his shoes. When we asked customer service for their address so we can file a formal complaint, they refused to give their address.

I purchased a refrigerator from one of the large home stores and it was delivered by Premier Product Management. The delivery men were nice however they damaged my linoleum flooring. I contacted the third party company as suggested by the store I purchased the appliance from and filed a claim. My claim was then handed over to Premier to investigate and I wasn't contacted by Premier in the time frame I was told I would be so I had to call them. First they claimed that they had only assisted in moving my old frig and was unaware of any damage and then claimed they never touched my old frig at all! After a month of consistently not being called back I called and demnded to speak to the manager and was told my claim was denied and I would received a letter. I never received the letter! This company is very dishonest and unprofessional. I would never use them or reccommend them to anyone.
