        Very professional however when completing the online application they request the date of high school graduation. This is an illegal employment question because it reveals the age of the candidate. This will allow for age discrimination that can be used against the candidate and prohibit employment. The company will use other excuses, but that single question is illegal and against employment law. Beware.
