I came to this store as someone who has been in the fitness industry for quite some time, I know a great deal about products and what they do positively/negatively on the body. I got the pleasure of dealing with Pat, the owner, who is beyond knowledgeable. I learned a great deal about things I thought “I already knew”. Check him out!

How can anyone say the owner knows anything when he attempted to sell me a product that clearly stated on the bottle that it's for "men only." Yet he told me women can use it as well. smh, This is a genuine review.

As of yesterday I am a new customer to the store. Not only does the store have everything you need all in one place, but the owner is there and is beyond helpful. Ive never met such a knowledgeable and caring person when in a supplement store. The owner, Pat really steered me in the right direction. After talking for awhile he actually told me NOT to buy something I had been TOLD I needed. Hes not just about making $ off people. He actually has everyones goals in mind. I really enjoyed my new favorite store.

By far the BEST nutrition store Ive ever been to. Great deals and tons of supplements. The owner Pat is a USMC Marine and is the most knowledgeable down to earth guy who really knows his stuff.
