Steel City Asphalt

Steel City Asphalt Paving gave us an estimate to place a top coat of asphalt on the private driveway. We gave **** ****** $4400.00 deposit to purchase the material to do the job..**** ****** kept sending and calling us that he was going to do the paving and at the last minute would come up with some excuse that he could not make it that day.After this went on for several weeks, he promised to refund the deposit. He kept saying it in the mail..if you receive I'll drop one off...my wife mailed it..I drop it off today..sorry I worked late last night and I'll drop it today...I mailed it priority mail...I mailed it regular mail.. and now 4 months later no deposit



Desired Settlement: We would like a cashier check for the total amount of the refund and the $200.00 extra he promised because of all the issues we have experienced with him.
