We called for a oven that stopped working. Cole came out within 24 hours and replaced the igniter and got us up and running again. Very knowledgeable and friendly tech. I would recommend this business to anyone needing help in our area.

Five-Star x 2! Our appliance company scheduled a service call for us with Ernie Krygier. The compressor on our refrigerator died. I had called my appliance company inquiring if it was still under warranty. I was told it was not. When the service technician came and diagnosed the problem, he asked if we still had the owner's manual and produced it for him. Right on the cover of the manual was a sticker that said the compressor was insured for 10 years. What a relief! No charge for repair or service call. When the parts arrived, Ernie Krygier came out late on a Friday evening, just before Christmas, and got us back up and running. Incredible professionalism, attention to detail and kindness!

I called them out for a service call on my washer and dry. They serviced them and gave me advice on how to maintain them. My service technician was very nice and amiable. That’s so important especially these in our fast paced society. I would highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

The technician showed up promptly at the stated time, was very polite, and finished the job quickly. The work performed was explained and the sevice charge was reasonable. Will definitely call again!

Great Service!
They call you the day before your scheduled service and give you a 2 hour window of when they will arrive, then the day of service they call again to let you know the tech is on his way. This was fantastic, as you are not waiting all day for them to arrive.
The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to diagnosed the problem, order the part & fixed the washer.
Ernie Krygier Service is now my go-to repair facility.

Dave was a my repairman. Very nice and got the job done quick. Being able to track where the repairman was throughout the day via a link provided by Ernie Krygier was nice too!

Our dishwasher was leaking and one of their guys came over to fix it. He did a good job and the problem was solved quickly and affordably, but... two weeks later, the leak returned. They came over quickly to fix it and accurately diagnosed it. On this second visit, they only charged us for the parts. They did a good job and the techs were helpful and friendly. Their prices were good too.
