Flowing Chi Dojo is a great place to train. All of the staff and students are down to earth and dedicated to excellence. A very spacious training facility with hard wood floor and half foam mat. They offer a veriety of classes, chong nu, bjj, judo, and my personal favorite Wing Chun.

Classes are cheap and the instructors are well trained and patient. I have been studying Wing Chun kung fu for around 2 years now and my physical and mental health have been sharpend and refined. Studying any martial art will give you a more relaxed mind and confidence, with a sense of achievement as you progress through your training.

I highly recommend checking out the Flowing Chi Dojo and see what we have to offer you. SEE YOU THERE!!!

Overall
Quality Training - Family Fun

The Flowing Chi Dojo is a great place to train! I have been going here since 2006 with both my children and have seen them grow physically as well as grow in self-confidence. It also gives us time to do family activities together.

Cuong Nhu is a well-rounded martial art based on Judo, Aikido, Boxing, Shotokan karate, Tai Chi, Vovinom, and Wing Chung Kung Fu. We learn weapons, kata, self-defense, sparring, throws, grappling, respect, and more. You cannot get bored.

I am inspired that the techniques work when my daughter or son take me down or make me tap-out.

I have been in other martial arts before, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Hapkido, and Cuong Nhu really pulls them all together. For the same monthly price, I can also go to the Judo, Kung Fu, or Brazilian Jujitsu classes.

There is an excellent training staff with a well-rounded knowledge base. There is a family atmosphere in Cuong Nhu here in Saginaw and with other schools across the country.

For the more die-hard artists, (a little more physical and no children, the Kung Fu, Judo, and Brazilian Jujitsu are a great way to challenge yourself in those specific styles.

I can't say enough good things.

Come in...you have to find something you like.

Overall
Cuong Nhu Karate

Training with Sensei Howard Hannon the past 3 years in Cuong Nhu Karate has been a very positive for myself. The staff is dedicated and the training is great for physical fitness and self-defense. I am a much more positive person now. The monthly class fees are reasonable and no long contracts to sign.
