Rock Your Locks Salon

This is the only place I will ever go. Sarah is incredible and has always done an amazing job. I have hashimotos along with some other autoimmune disease issues, so I lose a lot of hair, and what I have left is brittle and thin. Sarah works her magic every time to make me feel like a real person again. She is also incredible with my daughter, who has ridiculously thick hair.

The salon is clean and beautiful. The stylists are experts in their field. And it’s truly the only place I can ever see myself going!

Amazing salon with wonderful employees. I would recommend anyone to go here for any of their beauty/treat yourself needs! Super fun atmosphere!

WORST SALON EVER! I will never go to this salon. This specific location should be ashamed to call themselves a business. Not giving the outcome to customes as they would like and treating them like actual dirt is UNACCEPTABLE! If you own a business you need customers to keep that business going. If the customer is uhahppy then you jump through hoops to fix the issue at ALL COSTS! I will spread the word to all I know to stay far away form Rock your Locks Salon.

Worst service I have ever recieved,I wish I could give them a zero. The stylist gave me an orange- yellow ombré when I asked for highlights. When I expressed my concern she told me to "sleep on it" if I didn't like it she would fix it. I contacted her an hour after my appointment and told her it needed to be fixed, I was I formed I would have to wait a week! I called to speak to the owner who was unavailable for the next week. I posted my opinion on social media to which the owner came back to make ME look like the one at fault. I am out $110 from their terrible service and will likely have to spend at least half that to make my hair acceptable. I work with the public, no one is going to take someone seriously who has orange and yellow hair who is a BRUNETTE! The owner has deleted any of my attempts to shed light on the situation and anyone who expresses their opinion. I will advise everyone I know to steer clear of Rock your locks salon.
