They were very friendly. The lady up front was super nice and helped with everything. They even loaded it into my car. The product was great. I needed my carpets cleaned and asked about a spotter....they knew what would work automatically and helped me by giving me a few different options and prices. Once I took back home, I did exactly what they said and the spots were gone once they were cleaned with the product. I would go back again for sure, and I had no idea they offered so much more than cleaners.....since they are so close to me, I'll be going back for any of my maintenance needs. Thanks S.T.V. Sales.
