I got tires here. Little while later I had to take in my car at the closest auto place by my work as it was clearly unsafe to drive home that day. Found out tires were way out of balance. This explained why the car was harder to handle since putting on the new tires. I spoke to the district manager who refused to refund me the $40 I spent fixing my car. He said I would have had to gone to a Calvert's and they would have fixed it for free. I explained I had to spend most of that cost just to find out what was wrong with the car. Not to mention I had to take time off of work that day losing more money. He only offered me a coupon for an oil change and said that is all he is authorized to do. I was an assistant manager at a video store when I was a teenager and had more authority than that. I will never return and I encourage anyone else to take their business elsewhere.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I absolutely would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!! Brought car in for an oil change $15, left and within 15 minutes the check engine light popped on. I brought the car back only for them to tell me I had a bad catalytic converter. They even tried to tell me the check engine light was on when I brought the car in which was a complete and utter lie. I told the manger that I would be taking the car for a 2nd opinion and that if I found that they were being shady, I would put them on blast via Yelp as well as call their district manager. The so called "manager" shouted rude obscenities at me as I walked back to my vehicle.
I was so angry about this unprofessional exchange and their shady business practices that I called the district manager while I was right there is the parking lot. ( The district managers contact info is on a big sign on the wall behind the receptionist desk). The guy who answered the line sounded A LOT like the so called manager i just had the exchange with at the location, hmmmmm.
But anyway, I explained to the "district manager" my concerns regarding the rudeness as well as the shady business practices and he proceeded to tell me that the "manager" was very busy and that it's hard to service customers and explain things to them and manage a large customer base and blah blah blah. The so called "district manager" basically told me that they are the cheapest in town and that " everyone wants everthing and you are not going to get cheap prices and the best customer service". So I said to him, " so let me get this straight, the DISTRICT MANAGER IS TELLING ME THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY???"
Avoid this place like the plague. You will go in thinking you are getting a cheap oil change and will come out with a $500+ problem. They will be very rude to you if you are an informed consumer that ask questions as opposed to taking their word and just paying them. I asked them if they happened to know the hose unloose when checking my air filter and he told me they didn't check my air filter. Now I don't know about you, but I have NEVER gotten an oil change and not hard the air filter checked.
