Atlantic Coral Enterprise, Inc.

Just putting this out there for anyone else who might order from them - The Atlantic Coral Enterprises company, based out of FL, are nasty to work with. I order all of my cart stock for the faire from them and last night I received a new shipment of alligator heads. 3 of the 12 heads ordered smell like rotting flesh. They obviously weren't preserved well enough. Naturally, I can't sell these to customers, so I called them about sending them back for replacements or a refund on them... GET THIS! Due to my "complaint" about the product, they are cancelling my account and I am no longer welcome to order from them!!! I've ordered from these guys for years and this is the first issue I ever had. The manager was VERY rude saying "All of our stuff stinks" and "I don't have time for this, I'm done". Wow! All I asked for was to return them for a refund or replacement! So, if you ever plan to order from them - just make sure you take whatever they send you and keep your mouth shut or else....
